Opening date: 30.12.1984 (09.02.1985)
The station was opened as a part of line section from Kashirskaya to Orekhovo stations.
The station was closed from 31.12.1984 to 09.02.1985 because of reconstruction works after flooding.

Station design: three-vaulted shallow station with columns. The station features two rows of 26 pillars.

Design engineer: Т.Zharova

   Both the track walls and columns are faced with white and grey marble. A row of caissons in the centre of the ceiling has lighting inside. There are cast bronze sculptures by L.Berlin (devoted to the theme Protection of Nature) above the escalators.

   Exit to: ulitsa Bazhenova and Shipilovskiy proyezd.
