Opening date: 22.07.1963 The station was opened as a northbound line extension.
Station design: three-vaulted column-type shallow station built of precast concrete to the standard design. The station contains two rows of 40 square columns.

It’s one of the busiest stations of Moscow metro. The station features dark-green marble columns, grey granite floor and walls faced with yellowish metal.
Exit to: Shchelkovskoe shosse, 9-th Parkovaya ulitsa and Uralskaya ulitsa.
