Opening date: 21.10.1961
The station was opened as a part of a line section from Izmailovsky Park to Pervomaiskaya stations.
Station design: three-vaulted column-type shallow station built of precast concrete to the standard design.
The station contains two rows of 40 square columns.

Design engineer: L.Sachkova
The station features slightly flared pillars of brown marble and track walls of black and white tiles. The floor is paved with grey and red granite and the lighting is concealed in embossed ceiling.
Exit to: 9-th Parkovaya ulitsa, Izmailovsky bulvar and Pervomaiskaya ulitsa.
