Opening date: 31.12.1988 The station was opened as a part of a line section from Chekhovskaya to Savelovskaya.

The station features white marble pylons and marble track walls in a colour midway between yellow and brown. The friezes are decorated with stained-glass panels (artist V.Kalensky). The floor is reveted with granite and marble. One of the passageways is adorned with a stained-glass window «Circus» (artist V.Kalensky). The ground level vestibule is located inside Metrostroy building. The south end of the central hall has a passageway to Trubnaya of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line.
Way out: via the north vestibule (opens at 5:35) up the escalators to Tsvetnoy bulvar, Yury Nukulin circus on Tsvetnoy Bulvar.
